You must reside in an area where
adult sites are permitted.
You
may send hits through our
banners/text links, or you can make
up your own banner or textlinks but
only with licenced photos or photos
that e-Cash Trans Program give you.
You may send hits anyway you like
(blindlinks, meta refreshes, etc..)
to our program.You must link to the
URL we provide you with.
We do not allow illegal sites (child
pornography, beastiality, rape,
violence, warez sites, etc..) in our
program.You are not allowed to load
our pages automatically in a new
window or console. Spamming of any
sort is not tolerated.You may not
send out unsolicited email. We will
not pay spammers.
We do not tolerate cheats - we will
not pay cheats. (We will also not
pay you if you are found cheating
other webmasters) Every account is
checked everyday by our support
staff
No Password, Warez, Mp3, Circle
Jerk, Gallery posts of any kind
(toplist, picpost, tgp, movie posts
etc) spammers, games, cartoon, and
sites that are not of an adult
nature are eligible and subsequently
will not be paid if they join the
banner programs. (including link
sites where the bulk of traffic is
derived from these sites)
Any fraudulent signups (carded) or
hits (hitbot) will result in account
termination without pay (trix are
kids).
Accounts will be terminated if left
idle for more then 30 days.We
reserve the right to terminate
webmasters for any reason including
grossly unproductive traffic.
If the pay-out schedule from our
credit card processors is altered,
this could force a change in our
pay-out schedule to
you.
You
are responsible for keeping us
informed of correct address
information so that payments are
send to the right address.
Future modifications to these terms
and conditions will be posted here.
They would take effect as of the
date they appear on this
page.
Violation
of any of these terms may result in
some or all of the commissions
earned being forfeited.You will not
be notified when your account is
deleted. We do not have time to deal
with webmasters who do not treat
this as a business.
These terms form the complete set of
program terms and supersede any
agreement between the parties.
